Project Manager (f/m/d) Software Development

In this key position, you will focus on two main areas:

Software Development Processes and Methodology: you will lead the design and optimization of our software development processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our products.

Communication (internal): You will play a key role in internal communications to ensure our teams are working together smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Dev team in implementing agile methodologies and continuous improvement of development processes
• Actively communicate and coordinate between the Product Owner (PO) and developers to ensure project requirements are implemented
• Maintain effective communication between various stakeholders and the development team to achieve project objectives

To be successful in this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Analytical thinking skills, structured approach to work and high diligence in the implementation of tasks
• Sound understanding of software development processes
• Experience in working with teams of developers
• Strong affinity for technical processes and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Perseverance and tenacity to overcome challenges and find solutions

Nice-to-have: It would be an advantage if you could additionally offer the following:

• Experience or interest in supporting our Parking Tech team in the area of infrastructure and monetization
• Ability to communicate across different business units 
• Agile mentality and willingness to actively engage in technical tasks
• Knowledge & interest in monetization and business strategies
