Then become an integral part of our marketplace team, in which you can fully exploit the technological potentials, consistently optimize existing products and processes and set up our tech stack for the future!

Our technology stack:

• PHP 7/8; Symfony, Composer, Git
• We use JavaScript (ES2015+, Node.js, Vue.js, Yarn, npm, etc.) for our frontend und Single Page Applications.
• At Sedo, we integrate a variety of third-party products and use the providers' APIs to do so (e.g. Adyen, Oracle Cloud).
• A high code quality is extremely important to us. We therefore take our test code just as seriously as our production code.
• With our central Continuous Delivery System, we can roll out new software in different environments several times a day. For this we use among others, Git, Helm and Jenkins. Simply through merging and tagging.
• We mainly operate our applications as Docker containers in a private cloud managed Kubernetes cluster.
• We use central logging (ELK), Prometheus, Grafana and Icinga for analysis, metrics and monitoring of our productive operations.

• Continuous Modernization of our software, processes and tools as well as development of new features to solve complex customer requirements by using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Continuous Deployment and operation of our own services
• Willingness to engage in professional development, such as in Java
• Active participation in agile work processes

• Fun with new technologies and interested in working and growing with our existing tech stack.
• Several years of in-depth experience in PHP backend development. 
• Experience with frameworks such as Symfony.
• A plus: DevOps skills and know-how about microservice architectures and Docker / Kubernetes.
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, pragmatic, curious and willing to learn
• Fluency in German and English.
• Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science, successfully completed training or comparable qualifications.
