In this key position, you will focus on two main areas:
Software Development Processes and Methodology: you will lead the design and optimization of our software development processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our products.
Communication (internal): You will play a key role in internal communications to ensure our teams are working together smoothly.
Your tasks:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Dev team in implementing agile methodologies and continuous improvement of development processes
- Actively communicate and coordinate between the Product Owner (PO) and developers to ensure project requirements are implemented
- Maintain effective communication between various stakeholders and the development team to achieve project objectives
Your profile:
To be successful in this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Analytical thinking skills, structured approach to work and high diligence in the implementation of tasks
- Sound understanding of software development processes
- Experience in working with teams of developers
- Strong affinity for technical processes and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Perseverance and tenacity to overcome challenges and find solutions
Nice-to-have: It would be an advantage if you could additionally offer the following:
- Experience or interest in supporting our Parking Tech team in the area of infrastructure and monetization
- Ability to communicate across different business units
- Agile mentality and willingness to actively engage in technical tasks
- Knowledge & interest in monetization and business strategies
