 You enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships? With your good intuition and empathy, you immediately understand what your customers' needs are?

Your tasks:

  • Support your new customers with the onboarding process in the area of traffic monetization and provide them assistance in the form of aftercare
  • Build the relationship with your existing customer base and always keep an eye on the needs and challenges of your customers
  • Record and analyze key figures on customer benefits and satisfaction (e.g. sales and data analysis, click rates, etc.)
  • For cross-departmental customer issues, you coordinate internal projects and are the first point of contact for your customer(s)
  • If interested, you can also participate in trade fairs, events and similar networking events (national/international)

Your profile:

Must-Have:

  • You have gained initial professional experience, e.g. in affiliate / online marketing, sales and / or customer care, preferably also through internships or student jobs
  • You are structured, organized and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are empathetic, understand the needs of your customers and can therefore provide them with the best possible support in their development
  •  Your German and English skills are very good, maybe you speak other languages?

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in the field of SEA, Media Buying, Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM, JIRA, Confluence
  • Technical knowledge of industry tools, platforms, advertising networks and best practices
