Your tasks:
- 1st -/2nd-Level-Support
- Clientmanagement MacOS / Linux / Windows
- Patchmanagement Workstations
- Installation von Endgeräten
- Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen sowie deren Eskalation
- Einhaltung Reaktions-/Lösungszeiten für interne IT-Support Anfragen
- Administration und Troubleshooting Active Directory, Printserver, Applikationsserver
- Eigenständiges Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Dokumentationen
Your profile:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
- Sehr hohes Maß an serviceorientiertem Handeln
